Ever wake up and something just isn’t working? It could be minor. It could be major. For some of us it’s a rare occurrence, and for others it’s a chronic challenge.

It’s also an excuse to take you out of the game of life. You read that right. I didn’t just say “reason,” I said “Excuse.”

This is because through my own experiences, and watching other amazing people, those people get on and figure out something that WILL Work. And they continue to figure out how to move in new, and sometimes changing ways.

The trick or secret to this, is finding the things you CAN do, through gentle adaption. For instance, can you sit in a chair and change your movements accordingly? Can you sit on the floor? What Can you do, even from bed?

6 ways you can still do Something (Anything!) to keep “Moving”:

  1. Go much slower.
  2. Change your range of movement.
  3. Experiment with adaptive variations of what you would normally do.
  4. Try 5-10% of the intensity.
  5. Do just a few movements, instead of how many more you previously did.
  6. Super Concentrate your practice with better technique. Pick one or two specific aspect to improve upon, and focus on those.
